The 2026-27 Dean’s Research Scholars application is closed as of February 2, 2026. Students who applied for the program will be notified of their standing by March 11, 2026. The application for the 2027-28 cohort will reopen in January 2027 on this page. 

 

Description

Applicants are asked to complete a survey outlining their academic standing, research experience, and their interest in the Dean’s Research Scholars. Students will be asked to submit a CV or resume that outlines their research experience. If you do not have your CV or resume completed when you apply, please send a Word document or PDF of the CV to Melody Vincke (draeger3@msu.edu).

The application will reset if you do not select "Submit" before closing the application survey. Only completed applications will be considered for selection. If you have questions on your application completion status for the 2026-27 cohort, please contact Melody Vincke (draeger3@msu.edu).
